The article shows the features and significance of the application of laboratory work of acid-base titration in the study of chemistry. During the lesson, new learning technologies were used. The main purpose of the work is to introduce titration methods as a laboratory lesson, as one of the research methods. The content of classes was organized by the method of project training, the lesson was analyzed and the quality of students' assimilation of new material was determined. In the course of the work, it was shown that conducting classes using the acid-base titration method is effective and the flow of chemical processes is shown by reaction equations. The students assimilation of new material was analyzed in the form of a test according to the program "Quizizz". The results of the study not only increase the level of knowledge of students, but also develop skills and creativity for individual work at any moment of the experiment. In this paper, the student was able to work individually, demonstrating his ability to perform an experiment and summarize the results. Thus, the students were able to achieve concrete results and present their work to others. The students were instructed to analyze other titration methods, prepare research projects and propose areas of application of these methods. Having organized and conducted this lesson, students had the opportunity to develop an interest in chemistry, mental abilities and master the topic well.
