The technology of developmental learning is focused on quality education in the learning process, an education system for the development of student intelligence. The use of new methods and techniques in the discipline develops students’ thinking abilities, improves their knowledge, develops cognitive abilities and broadens their horizons. From this point of view, the use of developmental learning technology is of great importance in the educational process. The use of developmental learning technology improves the quality of classes and contributes to the success of this knowledge. The article examines the effectiveness of the use of developmental learning technology in teaching natural science subjects in a secondary school, including the topic “Natural groups of the elements and their properties” in chemistry lessons, and its specific features. The importance of developmental learning technology in the educational process was discussed and the impact on students was studied. Empirical and quantitative methods were used to conduct the research, as well as experimental and control groups were randomly selected. During the teaching, the general content and capabilities of technology were demonstrated and task models increased students’ knowledge students’ and strengthened their ability to master the subject. The study collected quantitative data by interviewing students. The approaches used in the research work were used to teach children, increase their interest in the subject, form creative abilities, and improve the quality of knowledge.
